To quote Anais Nin, When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. (It's so great that science has finally caught up to her!)
We now know that all human behavior stems from the subconscious and is driven by deep-seated beliefs and thought habits.
And as Albert Einstein said: We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.
Whatever it is you wish to achieve or transform, often all it takes is a slight SHIFT in the Subconscious Mind.
The Subconscious Mind will always elicit the same response until you give it a new one.
Subconscious Behavioral Therapy establishes new neuro-pathways in the brain, so you don’t need to think about having a different reaction to a situation, you will just respond differently, it’s that easy!
The list of things this type of work is good for includes everything and anything you can think of because the Subconscious Mind controls everything including all bodily functions. So there are very few things that can’t be fixed or at least made better.
I use a variety of techniques depending on the individual and the issue:
I've always had an insatiable curiosity for all things mind, body, and spirit. Over the past decade, I've been especially passionate about neuroscience and the intricacies of how our brains function.
I spent years as an entrepreneur in the fast-paced, fashion industry. I was thriving and happy but the pace began to take its toll. At first, I felt anxious all the time and for no apparent reason, and then I was exhausted all the time, even when I woke up. But it was the IBS symptoms that stopped me in my tracks. I'd never had health issues prior to this. And I never really had anxiety other than occasionally. Doctors didn't have answers and offered meds to mask symptoms, which ultimately cause a rebound effect, and then you are stuck on meds indefinitely, no thanks.
I was left to carve out my own path, which took extensive research and landed me back in school. I learned about stress hormones and neuro-chemicals, and how they affect the central nervous system and then the immune system. I also learned how everything stems from the subconscious mind, which was such an exciting concept! I was instantly hooked and haven't looked back.
